Bringing Our Parades to Life

We’ve been passionate about creating parades within our parks. We strive to create parades that resemble full-scale performances. Over the last several weeks, this has been the focus of a significant amount of effort on the part of the MagicParks team.

Beyond the Traditional Parade

Traditionally, parades within virtual worlds have been a collection of floats, or in some cases, displays, moving along a pathway. We’ve set a goal to move beyond this traditional display.

Building the Performance

The system we are creating has to be flexible enough to integrate not only different floats and displays but also synchronize music and sound, animation and special effects. The end goal is to create a performance that seamlessly brings together different elements.

Fantastic characters are only part of the display. Each element needs to be designed and fabricated in such a way that a performance becomes not only a display but an interactive experience for the parade guests.

In addition to the fantastic displays, a variety of characters, and music, the magic of a performance parade is the integration of special effects. We’re putting a lot of effort into designing and building special effects and integrating them into each display to provide an interactive performance that can engage guests along the parade route.

Audio That Moves With the Parade

Our system utilizes audio that varies based on the different floats in the parade. It does not simply assign a single song to be played throughout the park. It positions the audio as if it was accompanying a float, and therefore moving, throughout the parade route.

The experience should allow guests to listen to a performing float as it arrives, and then leaves, and eventually, totally concludes, its performance.

It’s All in the Details

We are focusing on minor details to enhance and differentiate the guest experience.

The details, when compounded, bring a transformative effect on the guest experience and ultimately provides a memorable experience.

Details are what we aim to provide through every element of our products and services.

This Is Just the Beginning

MagicParks is our first major project, and we want to bring other transformative experiences to our guests. This is just the beginning.

As quickly as we can bring these experiences to life, we will.

We can’t wait to show you what we have planned.
