What Comes Down the Street
Eight floats, one at a time, each carrying its own riders: the Princess Garden, Tangled, The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Brave, Maleficent, Pinocchio, and Mickey and Minnie at the back. Performers walk the route alongside them the whole way down.
Two of them do more than roll past. Fireworks fire from the Peter Pan galleon as it comes by, and Maleficent’s dragon breathes fire out over the street. Both are worth standing still for rather than walking along with the parade.
When and Where to Stand
Once a day, at 2:00 PM. The route runs the length of Main Street, U.S.A. — in at the castle end, down past the shops, and out at Town Square. Anywhere along the street gives you the whole parade; standing nearer the castle end simply gives you more warning that it is on its way.
Allow about twelve minutes from the first float appearing to the last one leaving. There is no queue and nothing to board — find a spot on the kerb and wait.
