Happily Ever After
Performed at Main Street, U.S.A. and the castle hub
The nightly spectacular over the castle — fireworks, lighting and music, cued to the second.
- 9:30 PM
Look Up
The lights along Main Street dim, the crowd goes quiet, and the castle stops being a building for a while. Happily Ever After is the park’s largest nightly show: fireworks, lighting, music and effects, all cued together across the whole of the hub.
Find a spot anywhere between the castle and the end of Main Street. There is no bad angle, though people who know the park tend to drift toward the bridge.
How It Works
The show runs on a full cue system — every shell, every light change and every music beat is authored as a timed sequence rather than triggered by hand. It is the most complex thing in the park by a wide margin, and the version you see now is the result of a great deal of quiet work on the parts you are not supposed to notice.
