What this changes
This tier is cosmetic. It changes how you appear in chat, the tab list and the park itself, and it changes nothing else — no build rights, no moderation tools, no advantage of any kind. Every ride, show and area stays open to everyone regardless of tier.
In-game rank
Maps to the SHAREHOLDER rank on the server. That rank already exists and currently carries no permissions at all, which is exactly why it suits a cosmetic tier.
