Astro Orbiter
Located in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom Park
Pilot a rocket above Tomorrowland and find the best view of the castle in the park.
The First Ride We Ever Built
Astro Orbiter has a particular place in this park: it was the first attraction here that actually worked. Before it, Magic Parks was a very handsome collection of buildings you could walk through. After it, it was a theme park.
You climb above Tomorrowland in a rocket you steer yourself, tilting up and down as the platform turns. It is simple, it is high, and on a clear evening it is the best view of the castle in the whole park.
Good to Know
Gentle, fully seated, and open to everyone. The rockets rise and fall on your input — hold the control forward for the view, or keep low if heights are not your thing.
